The position is an inside sales role with Sales & Marketing responsibilities, selling G3 Global services & products.

The successful candidate will be comfortable cold-calling, Gaining access to key decision makers and identify opportunities over the phone.
Essential Functions

  • Generating lead activity
  • Build a comprehensive map of the prospects, potential areas of need, profile the decision -making process and establish relationships with key decision-makers to assess needs and uncover BANT.
  • Timely and accurate data entry in G3 CRM System (Salesforce)
  • Standard and ad hoc reporting requirements (pipeline, account activity)
  • Equipped with excellent sales, negotiation and communications skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, particularly over the telephone
  • Self-motivated, results orientated and thorough
  • Experienced at building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust
  • Not intimidated by technical interaction. The successful candidate must enjoy problem solving and be unafraid of technical situations
  • Target driven and proven self starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
  • Ability to prioritise and organize work to achieve goals/expectations
  • Good team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Understanding and experience in Sales Force CRM etc.
  • Experience in using Office system and Presentations tools

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Inside sales / telesales experience
  • Computer hardware, software / IT sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant and confident phone voice
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Able to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
  • Previous experience selling to  Professional services, Media and Manufacturing sector
