Graduate Recruitment Programme
At G3 Global we have formed a Graduate Recruitment Programme committed to help the right people fast-track into a SAP Consulting role in the dynamic Media and Communications industry. As an SAP Partner we have initiated an Enablement Programme which includes a blend of onsite training, offsite training, elearning and hands on deliverables for G3Global or our clients. Examples include:
- A Business All-in-One Consulting CAMP where graduates will undergo a month of intensive technical skills-training that follows 3 main streams: Programming; Functional business consulting in Financials Modules; and Functional business consulting in Logistics / Supply chain Modules.
- an e-learning program where graduates complete a series of online exams following online training and peer-to-peer training;
- a Channel camp where graduates will participate in an offsite residential training programme with other G3 colleagues and other SAP Partner employees. The content includes business scenarios and hands on exercises, and ends with a team “pitch” presented back on the last day.
We believe that the fastest way to learn is on the job, performing real tasks for G3 Global or our clients. For this reason we will ensure that you get into a consulting role quickly, under the close supervision of your manager in order to help you maximise your potential through engaging with real requirements.
