Global Business Warehouse standardisation project
In 2007 G3 Global was engaged by a global cleaning and hygiene products company to manage the SAP ECC5.0 system changes to support a global Business Warehouse standardisation project.
G3 consultants engaged the business, other 3rd parties, internal IT across the impacted business areas to:
• Configure changes to multi country pricing procedures.
• ABAP development of pricing formulae.
• Enhance Customer and Material master records.
• Modification of COPA parameters in Finance & Controlling to satisfy the global Business Warehouse template.
G3 consultants managed the technical changes, advised and supported system acceptance testing across the European user base, provided training, documented the enhancements to facilitate knowledge transfer to the live system support team. The solutions included the facilitation of business change, programme management including other 3rd parties and internal IT as well as enhancements of SAP in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management and Finance & Controlling.
